At Caddy Collective Culture, we believe golf is about more than what happens between the tee and the green. It’s about community, generosity, and creating something bigger than ourselves. As we prepare for the Hit Fore Hope event, we’re honored to share founder Jami Morris’ story in her own words:
There is something special about golf.
It's one of the few sports where four people from completely different walks of life can spend four hours together, sharing stories, celebrating great shots, laughing through the bad ones, and leaving as friends. The game has a way of bringing people together, creating relationships that often extend far beyond the course.
That sense of community is exactly what inspired Hit Fore Hope.
Founded by former Penn State Division I golfer Jami Morris, Hit Fore Hope was created after watching her mother courageously battle cancer. Throughout years of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and a stem cell transplant, Jami experienced firsthand how overwhelming a cancer journey can be. Not only for the patient, but for the entire family. She also witnessed the extraordinary compassion of the doctors, nurses, and caregivers who walked alongside them every step of the way.
She realized that golf could become something even greater than a game. It could become a way to bring people together in support of families facing one of life's greatest challenges.
What started as a single golf fundraiser has grown into a movement. In just five years, Hit Fore Hope has raised more than $540,000 to provide comfort, hope, and support for families navigating cancer. Every golfer, sponsor, volunteer, and donor becomes part of a community united by one simple belief: no family should face cancer alone.
That belief is also what makes our partnership with Caddy Collective Culture so meaningful.
From the beginning, CCC has stood for far more than golf accessories. Collin Jenkins built the brand around the idea that golf is about people. The friendships, traditions, and memories that stay with us long after the final putt drops.
Those values mirror everything Hit Fore Hope strives to accomplish.
Both organizations believe golf has an incredible ability to create connection. Whether it's through a casual weekend round, a charity tournament, or simply walking 18 holes with friends, the game creates opportunities to positively impact the lives of others.
